Ingredients (Samagri)
​To make this viral sensation, you will need:
​Tomatoes: 1 kg ripe Roma or Vine tomatoes (halved)
​Garlic: 1 whole bulb (top sliced off to expose cloves)
​Onion: 1 large red or white onion (quartered)
​Bell Pepper: 1 red bell pepper (adds sweetness and color)
​Olive Oil: 3–4 tbsp for roasting
​Herbs: Fresh basil leaves and 1 tsp dried oregano
​Liquid: 500ml vegetable broth or water
​Cream: 1/4 cup heavy cream or coconut milk (optional)
​Seasoning: Salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste
​Spice (Optional): 1/2 tsp chili flakes for a kick

Step-by-Step Instructions
​1.Prep the Veggies: Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Wash the tomatoes, bell pepper, and onion. Cut the tomatoes in half and quarter the onions.
​2.The Garlic Hack: Take a whole head of garlic and slice the top off so the cloves are visible. This allows the garlic to roast inside its skin like butter.
​3.Arrange on Tray: Place all the vegetables on a large baking sheet. Place the garlic bulb in the center.
​4.Season Heavily: Drizzle generously with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and dried oregano over everything. Toss the veggies (except the garlic) to ensure they are well-coated.
​5.The Roast: Slide the tray into the oven and roast for 40 to 45 minutes. You are looking for charred edges on the onions and blistered, shriveled skin on the tomatoes.

​6.The Garlic Squeeze: Once out of the oven, let it cool for 5 minutes. Take the roasted garlic bulb and squeeze it from the bottom. The softened, caramelized garlic “paste” should slide right out into your blender.
​7.Blend to Perfection: Transfer all the roasted vegetables (including any juices from the tray) into a high-speed blender. Add a handful of fresh basil leaves.
​8.Add Liquid: Pour in your vegetable broth. Start with less liquid if you prefer a thicker, “bisque-style” soup, or more for a thinner consistency.
​9.Simmer & Finish: Pour the blended mixture into a pot over medium heat. Stir in the heavy cream or coconut milk to get that signature viral orange glow. Taste and adjust salt.
​10.Serve: Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, more fresh basil, and—most importantly—serve it with a crispy Grilled Cheese Sandwich for the ultimate experience.
