Makhandi Halwa Banane ki Vidhi (Step-by-Step Method)
Step 1 – Ghee Garam Karein
Sabse pehle ek kadhai ya thick bottom pan lein aur usme desi ghee dalkar medium flame par garam karein. Jab ghee acche se pighle, tab ismein kaju aur badam dalein aur halka golden hone tak fry karein. Fry kiye hue dry fruits ek plate mein nikal lein.
Step 2 – Suji Bhunein
Ussi ghee mein suji dalein aur continuous stirring karte hue bhunna shuru karein. Suji ko slow aur medium flame par bhunna zaroori hai. Tab tak bhunein jab tak suji ka rang golden ho jaye aur ek acchi khushboo aane lage. Yeh process lagbhag 8 to 10 minutes ka hoga. Suji ko kabhi bhi tez aag par nahi bhunna chahiye warna yeh andar se kacha reh sakta hai.
Step 3 – Milk aur Water Milayein
